Shipping & Handling
When delivered within the contiguous United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska), standard shipping via USPS and calculated based on total weight. rolypolycookies.com processes orders 5 days a week. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing after you place your order. Standard USPS Ground delivery time is 2-10 days depending on your location.
rolypolycookies.com also provides expedited shipping as follows for an additional fee:

All items will be shipped with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation. This will be emailed to you when your package ships.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands are shipped based on USPS real-time costs which are based on the weight of the package, delivery method and final destination. Note: USPS may not deliver packages on weekends and national holidays. In some cases your products may ship in more than one shipment (due to product availability, etc.) if you selected standard shipping. However, we will not charge additional shipping fees because of this.
If you wish to ship products to FPO, APO and PO Boxes, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Additional charges will apply if you provide an incorrect delivery address or if the package has to be forwarded to another location.
Return / Refund Policy
As our products are perishable, all food sales are final. RolypolyCookies.com will be happy to replace any item(s) in the unlikely event that they might be damaged or spoiled during transit. To make sure that you are satisfied with the product you receive, please inspect the contents as soon as your order arrives. RolyolyCookies.com is not responsible for loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supply to us, or for inability of a recipient to receive the package on the day you specify that it should be delivered. We wish we could assure proper handling and prompt receipt of packages once they have been delivered to the correct mailing address by the third party carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS), but this, of course, is out of our control. To enjoy the full flavor and freshness of our products, we urge you to make the necessary arrangements beforehand. Shipping/handling charges are not refundable. Refunds can only be credited to the originating credit card.
